> 3 dayWe have 3 sets of baby gates and these are awesome at protecting the doorframe! We also have 3 sets of Wall Nanny’s and will purchase more if we need more gates. Great idea and investment!

> 3 dayWe have a dog that pushes on the gate to test it and has pushed it out of place several times. These grippers have been wonderful.

> 3 dayI had gotten a baby gate and ordered these to make them stay. Once I put up, they will not move. My grandson cant even budge them. I cant either. If you have a baby/pet gate these are a must.

> 3 dayMany dog gates either have you screw the sides into the wall or use small circular pressure pads that mark up the wall. Not so with this product! The larger footprint distributes the pressure better and saves the walls!

> 3 dayWe bought these to protect walls and woodwork when we installed gates to keep our grandson in safe areas, away from stairs, etc. They work great and make the gates more secure. We highly recommend them.

> 3 dayThe Wall Nanny works wonders with my pressure mounted baby gate! Easy to install; rectangular shape allows for mounting horizontally or vertically, depending on the size of the doorway/opening placing a gate. I am going to purchase another set for an additional gate install.

> 3 dayComes with a hole in the cup for a screw to hold the pad to a surface. I specifically purchased the product so I wouldnt have to drill a hole in my woodwork! Weird. I guess its a lawyer gimmick to avoid lawsuits in the event the buyer does not screw the pad down and an accident occurs. It seems to work just fine from static friction. My dog and cat have been unable to budge the gate.

> 3 dayI chose this Wall Nanny to secure the new gate as much as possible. Because of the structure of my walls having wood trim at the base, I attached the long Wall Nanny, otherwise I could not secure the gate at the wood trim (built in 1978). Furthermore, I am only using the gate for keeping my wild puppy from running speed circles around through the kitchen and living room, preventing me from catching him and retrieving my belongings from his mouth! Definitely, the setup I have with the wood trim is not secure enough for children, as it can easily be bumped out of position. Thankfully, my puppy hasnt even tried to jump up onto it or lean into it, so it is staying in place beautifully.
