Simple to set up large storage space

Son needed this for more storage for his PS4 , it is working great

My son has a PlayStation 4. We got this for him for Christmas. He plugged this in and immediately began copying his games to it.

Installation was simple and the hard drive works great with PS4. Lot of space to store games . No more deleting to add new games , saving time loading games and downloading updates . I’m happy with this hard drive.

I bought this for my son when I realized he had to download the games again every time he wanted to play. He bought his Playstation 4 by himself so I guess I didnt realize at first that theres no physical games for the system. You have to download them. When I realized how ridiculous it is cause it takes up alot of storage which is why he had to keep deleting and then adding the games again (and it can take hours to download) I looked up how to get more storage and came across these and bought it for my son. Hes so happy that he no longer has to delete and reinstall the games now.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while. I got this as a Christmas present for my fiancé, so he could actually play some new games with our son. It was great while it worked. But it only worked about 4 months before it crashed, and now we cannot access ANY of our games that we bought through the PlayStation. So yeah, out of a ton of money in games, and the price of this piece of crap. I saw this being an issue on another review, but figured that it has other, positive, reviews. Dont be fooled, and dont waste your money on this thing! I guess at least they made it good enough to last the month you have to return things. …
