I bought this for my teenage son for Christmas so I dont have first hand knowledge of how the Passport X works. I did ask him how he liked it and he said it works great. Hes using it for his xbox one and so far we havent had any problems. Also, he said it was easy to hook up.

This gaming drive looks great tucked next to my PS4 and having the extra drive space is really nice as digital content games get larger and larger. I also really like that this can be used on a pc also. If this outlasts my ps4 gaming days, it can still be useful as a portable USB storage device.

This hard drive is the best and easiest to use on the market for gaming consoles. I hooked this up to my 2tb PS4 PRO and it works like a charm. it is easy to use, the directions are simple, and it basically does everything for you. What more can I say than if you are a gamer and need some more external space for downloading games, get this hard drive...YOU WONT REGRET SPENDING THE MONEY, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY AN D THEN SOME. This is perfect I like t it’s small it’s not in the way it does what it has to do

I am not using this for gaming, just as a backup external drive. Is so easy to use - plug and go without fuss or issue.
