I upgraded from a Sabrent Rocket 4 1TB (not plus). Cloned my OS drive. I recorded my total boot time (from power button press to desktop) for both drives. The Sabrent, which is no slouch, was 01:27. The SN850 slashed that time to a beastly 00:58. That may still seem like a lot for most of you, but most of that time is the OS having to spin up almost ten hard drives. The only con is the write speed of only 5300MB/s.

I used a heatsink and it caused my ps5 to overheat and shut down.

I got this for my daughters PS5 as its one of the rather small list of compatible drives at an ok price.
