> 3 dayInstalled in a Playstation 5; added 2TB to the capacity and transferred all my current games onto it. Installation is simple as many videos have shown. The PS5 said it ran around 6650m/s or so. I imagine it will work for many years to come, however if there is an early failure/problem/issue, Ill update.

> 3 dayAfter several disastrous experiences twenty year ago, I only use western digital drives. When the world moved to ssd I stuck with WD. So I was quite excited when they launched their versions of nvme form factor. Now this new ‘black’ series comes around.

> 3 dayPurchased this in June 2022, and exactly 5 months later, the product was a complete failure. No Recovery possible, Intialization is impossible. After verbal contact with WD, installing their tools, they confirmed bad drive. Having to pay shipping and charge my card without having a functional replacement in hand is a little on the shady side. While the drive worked, it worked great, but sudden failure and no support should be less than one star.

> 3 dayI used this SSD for my PS5 and it was not only easy to install but it matches the same speed as the PS5’s internal SSD! It’s made of high quality and the heatsink is pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend for your PS5 or gaming PC.

> 3 daySo far it seems good. Read speeds of 6544. It was a little expensive at £250 for the heatsink version but can’t complaint for the 2TB storage amount and heatsink already being installed onto it. Was fiddly to install due to screws being very small, at least I had a screwdriver selection to change the head of the screwdriver otherwise I’d of had to buy another screwdriver. I’ve attached an image of the screwdriver piece I used.
