Wesco Pet Mini Bird Kabob Shreddable Bird Toy

My green cheek freaked out and didnt go anywhere near it for weeks after I first showed this to him. But we played with it together, he understood that its not a moving creature and learnt that its a chew toy:) He now loves playing with it in his cage. Its a great foraging toy

We have 3 parakeets in a large cage, and they love toys. This one is their favorite. This is the 2nd one I bought and all 3 of the birds are tearing away at it all day. Last one lasted about a month, had to re-position it from time ti time because they were wearing out one side.

Great amusement for about 10 minutes for my umbrella cockatoo.

Little Blue hasnt even touched it? I hope she starts playing with it.

My Sun Conure loves this Kabob toy. I have purchased mirrors, food puzzles, swings, balls and more, but he did not even want them in his large cage. This toy gives him something to do.

My parrot loves chewing as I mentioned and they all need that. Problem is he had it chewed in one day and that would be one heavy bill to replace every other day. I will stick to the wooden blocks now.

I wanted my bird to love this. I tried multiple times and different locations in the cage and finally gave it away. Wasted money.

My love bird loves chewing on the soft wood from this toy! I did see an earlier review that warned that part of the string from the toy wrapped around their birds throat which concerned me, so instead of putting the toy in Chilis cage as is I decided to take it apart and piece my own mini toys together. Two of the little chunks of wood together on a bird-safe wire make a great toy that is easy enough for my small love-bird to chew but not so easy to chew that she can get through it quickly. So while Im not sure I would purchase this toy and use it as is, its GREAT for taking apart and using the wood in other toys if you like to make your own. :)

Took a while for my parakeet to figure out what it was and what she is supposed to do with it. Now shes chomping on it daily, but it will take a while for her to wipe it out.

My feather plucking macaw loves to shred these but she does it so fast ai have to spread them out. So value pack the way to go.
