Western Chief Kids Character Umbrella

Our son loves this. There was a spot that started to peel before it was even used but its tiny and it does its job.

My son loves his froggy raingear. He have the raincoat, boots, and umbrella. He cant wait for rain to wear them.

Ordered for my 6-year old grandson and he has used it twice--loves it! It appears very durable and I like that the spokes are covered w plastic coating. Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased this umbrella as a Christmas gift for my 4-year-old granddaughter who this year has adopted a full-on Batman persona!! She couldnt be happier, having received a number of Batman insignia gifts. However, I have a beef with Western Chief Kids Clothing Company. I wonder why the description calls this a Little Boys Batman umbrella... Either sexist labeling, or perhaps an error on their part, but I just cringe when I read gender labeling on so many items, from so many companies, that continues to direct young minds to one gender or another. I really thought, certainly hoped, that we were beyond that... Otherwise, this would have been a five-star rating.

This little umbrella is adorable!! Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter adored it, gave it a name and carried it everywhere. On our last visit with her, there was no rain so we filled her little garden watering can and sprinkled it over it while she stood under it and giggled! She carried over her head in the bright sun on our walks to the park and even wanted to have it opened up in the house! We showed her how to open and close it which is very, very child friendly and did not pinch her little fingers. We bought the green frog since her favorite color is green! A perfect, useful and fun gift that was just the right size for a little one!

This umbrella is super cute! I bought this for my 4 year old bday. It lasted 3 weeks. The internal structure is made of plastic. A 4 year old can break this if playing rough, like 4 year olds do. But i will order a new one because of the cuteness and price! And i think shell be more careful this time!

This is an adorable umbrella. My little girl loves it and her friends want one, too. Guess that gives it 5 stars. By the way, the photos dont do it justice. And if anyone is worried about durability, dont be. The antennae securely retract into the umbrella when its not in use. My daughter plays with this umbrella as much as possible, which has been a lot this spring as it has rained tremendously.

This little lady bug umbrella is absolutely adorable! The little antennae pop up when the umbrella is fully opened and stick straight up, so cute! Its built just as sturdily as any adult umbrella, made of your basic umbrella waterproof nylon. Its very easy to open and locks in place, but a child may need help in collapsing it. I also purchased the matching rain coat and rain boots and the entire ensemble is as cute as can be!! I bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter for Christmas, but its only October and I dont know if I can wait that long!

My 6 year old loves this umbrella. I used it at work when I was caught in a rain storm and my coworkers loved it too.

This umbrella is the perfect size for my son. It also of course matches perfectly with the western chief apparel rain coat and boots I ordered previously. The whole set is really cute.
