Overall the ssd is a wonderful addition to any computer, but unfortunately windows 10 does not recognize the ssd as a drive in its system (even when it can be seen in the bios). After finding this problem I spent about a hour looking for the solution and couldn’t find anything until I went to disk management on my computer. It shows the drive is there but just not being used. You have to format the drive and then it will make it format properly. Good product, good price, just wish I knew about this issue before I purchased it.

Upgraded my 256GB to 1TB on my XPS-15. Worked like a charm. Hard part was copying my windows install to the new drive. Used an external adapter to put the drive into for copying. Used AOMEI to make the copy. FYI takes the paid version to make the copy. FYI if you install the free version, then go to uninstall it, it will offer about a 50% discount on the paid version. That worked as about 10/5/2021. Your mileage may vary.
