> 3 dayUse this for your secondary drive or use it for storing your games. You do not need a Pci-e 4 ssd, it wont save you some time during loading, maybe 1 second faster, you cannot notice it. I bought two SN550, one for laptop one for PC. So far, they are working great. Save some budget on the ssd and spend more on the other part.

Greater than one weekThis is three times faster than the original 128GB SATA-based M.2 drive in my 2017 Dell XPS 13. It was like getting a new computer. The usual quick shipping and good packing from Amazon made it a great purchase.

> 3 dayIn fairness problems I had arising this m.2 possibly had nothing do to with the none existant packinging.-or Brand The drive kept on dissapearing and reappearing hapazardly both in bios and win 10. But at first I couldnt be sure that it was the hard drive at fault. I bought a motherboard from amazon warehouse deal at the same time as well. Eventually I returned the ssd with hours to go in the returns window And my system has been stable ever since. After doing some research I discoverd this is not an uncommon problem and happens with M.2s of all makes....Lesson learnt I wont be buying two used component deals again.. its always a gamble buying used components at the best of times ..and please Amazon it was a hard drive with rattling around bare,on its own, LoL in a cardboard envelope. ...Not even a bag ! So 3 stars wish I could give it more...But I did buy as used so its 1* for the packaging 5* for amazon returns. As for the drive who knows, I was new to M.2s possibly would have stuck with standard ssd,s if Id known.

> 3 dayI purchased a Western Digital 1TB SSD to upgrade my laptops 250 GB SSD. I also purchased a USB bridge to attach the new WD SSD to my laptop and planned on utilizing the Acronis Western Digital software to clone my old SSD to my new SSD. I ran into an issue, wherein the Acronis/WD software wouldnt recognize the WD SSD. I read through the software release notes and found this statement; When attached via a third-party USB bridge, a Western Digital hard drive may not be detected by the Acronis True Image WD Edition installer sometimes. I gave this product a one star review because the WD website stated Acronis True Image for Western Digital backs up everything from operating systems and applications to settings and individual files, with support for both PC and Mac machines. If you plan on upgrading your system with their cloning software understand that you may run into issues.

> 3 dayQuería ampliar mi Mac Air 2015 de 128 Gb a 500 Gb, ya que con 128 GB me queda corto y con un disco siempre al borde del colapso. Después de buscar, encontré que con 3 piezas podía realizar esta ampliación:

> 3 dayInstalled on an aging Gigabyte z170xp motherboard for dedicated gaming as it only has a single M.2 drive. After formatting in W10, I went straight to installing all the goods from Game Pass. Solid performance and trusting it’ll last long as I decided to make minor upgrades to my system (2016) than do a new build.
