Greater than one weekI needed to increase the capacity of my SSD in HP Specter X360. Cloning was done without a problem with a Sabrent box, it has worked fine with no additional heat generation. It is used for multi-screen office work and other non-game add-on applications. I find it a bit faster than my old 512 GB SSD. Happy with my new disk space. I have been a fan of the WD brand for many years, it is very good.

> 3 dayI think I have revied a bad product as the speed is very poor on this drive when compared to my cheaper NVME2!

> 3 dayIt is not the most efficient, but one of the best value for money. Its TLC memory.

> 3 dayI purchased a mobo & cpu combo which was an i5-11600kf with a Gigabyte Aorus Z590-E mobo but sent that back after it fried my Founders Edition 1080Ti and refused to let me boot to install Windows. With a KF I had no onboard gpu and so enabling CSM would mean no booting with any kind of graphics so the board would beep, restart, try to post, fail, beep, reboot, continue forever.

> 3 dayWD Dashboard is deficient in that it can not detect the SSD when connected as an extrnal device. This means you cant monitor its health or get SMART status. I thought that connecting M.2 SSDs as external device was a routine thing to do. Apparently, according to WD, they do not recommend the SSD for this purpose. So for my requirements, this is not good enough so had to return to buy an alternative. The strange thing is, the Samsung equivalent software, Magician, can detect the drive, but wont run any query operations on in because Magician only supports Samsung devices.

> 3 dayI used this to install a operating system on a new build, The drive will only hold the operating system so I cannot rate it for gaming or any other apps. It does boot quickly when you configure your bios properly and for me at least has been pretty rock solid. I selected this drive due to the overall rating and amount of positives it has received(I did read the reviews too btw) and will back up its reputation as a strong performer- It will serve you well.

14-06-2025Cumple con todo lo que esperaba, llego mega rápido y fue súper fácil instalar. Fue una inversión demasiado buena porque se nota muchísimo el cambio al momento de instalarlo en el PC
