Great movie but this is a pirated copy. No extras to be found.

One of the funniest movies Ive ever seen. Not even kidding. Instant classic!

I loves me some vampires, and this was an excellent send-up of practically every vampire trope ever. The cast is quite likable, and Jemaine Clement is great, as usual. I tend to rate a movie based on how many times I want to re-watch it, and Ive re-watched this one quite a bit.

So, I have an issue with this release. The actual movie is great, Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement knock it out of the part, its a hysterical movie with a lot of great gags and jokes. The problem is the copy I actually got. Its not the one listed on the site. My copy came with a different cover art (as you can see in the photo) and was missing an important extra, the commentary by Waititi/Clement. It looks like some other company called VSC did this edition, because there is an odd logo at the start of the blu-ray. This is just a fair warning out there, if you order it.

What We Do in the Shadows is certainly a well made film, but it is just not my style of comedy. I get the humor, it just hardly ever makes me laugh. If you have this type of sense of humor, then this movie is probably perfect for you. Youll know relatively quickly if you do or not. I like the concept and characters a lot and like I said, its a very well crafted film, just not my particular comedic taste.

Ive been watching this movie for years now and finally decided to get the dvd to see the special features. I highly recommend it. The tv series is just as funny and the main actors from the movie make several appearances. Bat fight!

This movie is like a fever dream, but I welcome it. It’s quotable, witty, and honestly the funniest movie I’ve watched in a long time. I make everyone that comes into my life watch this with me. I watched it 16 times during October, not even joking.

Just a ridiculous and hilarious movie for any serious vampire lover than can laugh at themselves. Its reality-tv meets not-so-powerful monsters, or a what if we put them in ridiculous situations with silly arbitraries lol. What would a vampire do in this situation? Lol ridiculous haha
