What We Do In The Shadows

The movie is structured as a reality show, with confessionals and other reality show cliches a la Real World. I watched this movie after the world renowned film critics over at Reddit recommended it and lauded it as a genius movie. It was not.

A very off-the-wall approach to vampire movies but it works, at its heart is the basic childish approach to all comedy but the fly on the wall style works really well, nor a classic but definitely worth watching again.....its the team who made Flight of the Conchords to give you an idea what youre getting!!!

Inspired and wonderfully crazy, this film has GOT to be seen! Unforgettable one liners and drop dead (pun intended) funny, What We Do In The Shadows is a classic!

Best comedy in a LONG time. Witty and sarcastic adult humor for anyone who loves horror and The Office. Cannot wait for the next season.

When I first watched this 4 years ago, I have to admit I found it terribly boring. I didnt have a great understanding of vampire lore (still dont), I didnt recognize any of the actors, and I didnt take any time to examine the humor. Twilight and its million spinoffs had already turned me off of the whole trope. I couldnt even finish the movie.

Hilarious mockumentary about vampires. Some blood and gore, but not scary, just really really funny.
