Wifi Smart plug

I had purchased a 3 pack of these from Cosco and 2 of them work (with the Feit app and with Alexa). I bought another pack of 3 from Amazon and none of them work (with either their app or with Alexa). I’m not sure what the difference is because they appear to be the exact same model. I have tried more times than I can even count and done all the trouble shooting I can find, and still no luck. I’m ordering another brand of smart plugs and hoping they will work better.

It provided the correct fitting and power precisely.

I purchased two packages of three Feit Smart Plugs, I was able to program five of them and they all are working perfectly, however, the last one just does program or work. I reached out to Feit, and their policy is to contact the retailer for help. So here I am asking for help. I really like these smart plugs but this one is just too stubborn to work. Hope you can help. Thank you.

When they work, they are great but they continually go offline. Too frustrating.

Installed originally without a hitch, but am having trouble resetting the wifi. Great for timing a space heater in the morning for bathroom use and lamps while out of town.

it is so nice to tell alexa to turn the lights on or off from across the room or with the alexa app. know they say they are invasion of privacy but with cell phones and car chips in our keys, no such thing as privacy in the world today its nice to know if something happens i could get alexa to make a phone call to the police station or call t someone if i need help. really nice for older people who might easily fall. Also love the feature of being able to tell it to call my phone when i cant find it. love being able to set a timer or alarm when cooking or working on the computer. When lunch it ready i can just say message my huband that lunch is ready.

Have used Feit WiFi light bulbs and now smart-plug. All products have worked well and easily attached to my Google Home assistant. Pricing is very competitive and the feature content of the bulbs is great for the price. I highly recommend. I have purchased most of the Feit products at Costco, when they are on sale.

These continuously go to ‘power offline’. It takes less time to turn lights on manually than to wait for each switch to be synced and power up.

After much research I was able to call FEIT Headquarters (which they do not readily provide the number) in order to get them to help me with the installation. I was only able to install one of three plugs. The plugs are sensitive to walls and room barriers; so, I had to be right by the lamp in order to turn it on and off. That defeats the purpose of accessing it via the phone. The product clearly is not supported by 5G band which is the 2022 speed in the US. Once I reached their HQ, I found their staff to be very courteous and helpful. I believe that once their engineers work on these issues, this product would be a sell out.
