Easy to install, very handy for my needs.

As expected

Kept going off line. I purchased some at our local Costco. Loved them so much so decided to buy on Amazon since Costco wasn’t selling them anymore. But these were defective. They kept going off-line. Had to constantly re-set them. So aggravating. So returning them. Will just live without until Costco brings them back.

Ive owned a ton of home automation products (switches, outlets, etc.) and I have to say since switching to Feit has been nothing but amazing. Ive had several different brands in the past, but none have some close to the reliability of the Feit. They rarely if ever go offline and I can depend on them to be up and running when I need them. I have over 30 Feit devices in use and they are all working incredibly well. They are responsive and the WiFi works amazing. These plugs are great - the size is just right and I find them to be less bulky than the other brands Ive used. I would 100% recommend these to anyone!

I will not say what you want me to say easy do easy doing so not easy to use is so so compatible with Alexa yes exit yes add it to Alexa not so easy And you could make it more easier when it says what device do you have maybe you can put a better name than what you have or maybe you can add it to Alexas list so she can identify a lot better lot faster and a lot easier almost every other plug is a pain in the ass to pair

Product was described as very good condition and in original packaging. Well, the packaging was in the box with the Feit plugs, but they werent together as expected. The plugs had scotch tape on them (over the plug holes) that had to be removed before they could be used. They were already digitally named when I plugged them in (Christmas tree, aquarium light, etc) and one of them stops working after being plugged in for more that a couple of hours. Last used purchase I make on Amazon.

Constantly loses connection with router. I have Kasa smart plugs also that are further from the router and they work fine. I have also had problems with Feits light bulbs in the past. Lesson learned to stay away from Feit products.

One of the three plugs didn’t ever work which is frustrating but the two that did work we love. Just ask Google to turn on the lights and it does. I have lamps plugged into the plugs!

I love the Feit bulbs and smart plugs, because they dont require a separate hub to work, just the Feit Electric app. I got these plugs to get all of our interior Christmas lights on a timer. Theyre much handier than using the old type of plug-in timer, because you can turn them on and off whenever you want from the convenience of your phone.
