The design of the umbrella is very elegant and it has very superior craftsmanship. As they say that even the moon is not spotless, such was the case with this beautiful umbrella. It came with a 1.5 cm long stretch mark in one section of the canopy where the fabric density was thin which could have become a sour gap in otherwise a very beautiful umbrella. I reached out Customer Service through email and I got a prompt response. After ascertaining the issue exchanging emails using photographs, I was shipped another umbrella within a week’s time. Along with a wonderful product, it was a very quick resolution of customer concern in the best possible way won the day for Royalwalk. A delightful product coupled with even better attitude for serving a customer.

It will definitely cover 2 people completely! Its beautiful, very English looking umbrella like from the Umbrella Academy lol but the very top above the actually cover, the thread seems that is coming out. Also, to do the warranty you cant go online but through the Q-R code which you have to download their app.

The umbrella is large which is the only pro. Website says this is windproof but as you can tell there are no vents which means when strong gusts comes it carries the umbrella. Additionally, the bottom peg is I guess glued on which has come loose. Umbrella is priced way too high for the quality and usefulness. I do not recommend unless you only need this for sun protection with no wind.

Well made in comparison with my last few umbrellas. It seems like Umbrellas are getting too cheap and disposable. I am going to try and hold on to this one.

Thus umbrella is very sturdy due to having more support spokes. Im happy with its performance.
