> 3 dayI love the designs and the umbrella; unfortunately the frame had a curve to it. I’m disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving this umbrella. You can see the pole is not straight and the umbrella is tilting to the right. It’s starting to leave scratches to the pole whenever I close the umbrella.

Greater than one weekI have hardly touched this umbrella so far. It has been hung up and stowed away for almost the entire time that I have had it -- yet, when I took it out recently to use it, I discovered that the umbrella was incredibly warped. I have to imagine it must have been this way when it arrived, and I only noticed it when it came to the time to use it for actual rain for the first time. I am disappointed with this product.

> 3 dayTheres nothing to dislike about this umbrella. The design is classic, the look timelessly stylish, and the materials first rate. The curved, wood handle is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the photo, and fits the hand much better than the larger diameter, plastic handles found on collapsible umbrellas. Rain is forecast for tomorrow. I think Ill go for a walk.

> 3 dayThe design of the umbrella is very elegant and it has very superior craftsmanship. As they say that even the moon is not spotless, such was the case with this beautiful umbrella. It came with a 1.5 cm long stretch mark in one section of the canopy where the fabric density was thin which could have become a sour gap in otherwise a very beautiful umbrella. I reached out Customer Service through email and I got a prompt response. After ascertaining the issue exchanging emails using photographs, I was shipped another umbrella within a week’s time. Along with a wonderful product, it was a very quick resolution of customer concern in the best possible way won the day for Royalwalk. A delightful product coupled with even better attitude for serving a customer.
