I live in Southern California and purchased this umbrella to give me more coverage from our coming storms than my old travel umbrella.

Solid, good looking, umbrella. Good size without being too large. Keeps the rain off and holds up in light winds.

This company truly stand behind their warranty and has one of the best customer service teams I’ve come across. We had an issue with our umbrella breaking and reached out to the company. They resolved our issue right away. We are very happy with the company and our new umbrella!

Edit from my previous review: the company reached out to me to fix the problem that I received two faulty umbrellas and they’ve sent me a new one to make up for it. On customer service alone they get 5 stars. Unfortunately, as much as I want this umbrella to work out, it just doesn’t. The first time I received it I had to return it because the tip was bent. After i received a replacement, one of the hinge arms breaks off after I open it for the first time.

Solidly made, not heavy, but not too light either. Appears it will be durable, but only time will tell. Nice looking, not your average umbrella.

This is a sturdy umbrella because of the many metal veins however the wooden handle already has developed a crack. It is a fine crack so Im hoping it does not get worse.
