Winfield 2 Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Carry-On 20-Inch, Brushed Anthracite

We ordered the Samsonite Winfield 2 Hardside (HA!- hardside) Luggage in the 20 and 24 sizes (orange in the 20 and white in the 24 were greatly discounted- in other colors, theyre $157 and $199 respectively). The orange luggage came dented in on the front (see photos). There is NO bracing inside the luggage, nor any bracing in the corners. (Which explains why people have complained that their wheels get crushed into the luggage.)

Wow- this case can fit so much and I can tell a lot of thought went into the features! THE BEST piece of luggage I’ve ever owned, by far. You will not be disappointed.

bigger than I imagined. Very attractive

Highly pleased with these suitcases. They survived their first trip across the country, several layovers and plane transfers, and came out with hardly any dings. We had to actually look for them to even spot them. The compartments and zippered organizing areas were very handy, the spinning wheels were flawless, and we were very pleased with our purchase. We havent even needed the biggest suitcase yet. They are even larger in person!

They function well, but I took one of the suitcases on one trip and it got so scratched, scuffed and marked up just from the one trip and now it looks terrible. After ONE trip. Pretty disappointed that they get marked up so easily

I bought this a year ago. 2/3/17. I travel at least once a week. Yes, it is scratched up but who cares. It gets my clothes to and from wherever I go without any problems. No problems with the wheels or the case itself. I havent used the lock because it doesnt matter. If they want to search your luggage they will, and there is nothing that the baggage handlers will want to steal. I traveled 72,000 miles last year with this bag. The reason Im putting up this review is that I am buying the 20 and I hope it will be just as strong. I dont need the space for 3 day trips. I tried to add pics but I couldnt figure out how.

The large luggage retractable handle will not go down. I have tried everything but it will not budge. I can see the malfunction but it’s basically to the point where I will not use it because it takes up too much room and would be impossible for airport travel.
