Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor Paint, 21ml (0.71-oz) Tube, Intense Phthalo Blue

Payne’s gray is one of my favorite tones to use for both watercolor and oil painting. I’ve always used Windsor & Newton and Grumbacher for all my work. Never been disappointed. It really is worth spending the extra money.

This item came but is sent as oil based not watercolor and is in Prussian blue. A sticky label was created and attached to the tube for easy pick in the factory but they have mislabeled this product. If I could give no stars I would have.Do not buy!
