Windsor & Newton produce the best watercolour paint. The Cotman range is student/amateur artist quality, but still very good.

The description on the Amazon.com website did not say Cotman. That is a lesser grade of W&N and should be included and identified as such.

Yeah, the intense phthalo green color is intense, a beautiful rich shade. I was kind of surprised it wasnt shipped carded, but instead arrived loose in a padded envelope. Im not complaining -- it arrived in good condition, and maybe it saves a little money to ship it loose like that.
