03-06-2025These are the second pair of headphones I have ordered from this company. I am so impressed!! They have long life before being charged again, AMAZING sound and fit great. The sound is amazing - not too heavy on bass or treble. The buttons on the sides of the earphones work well also. I love that there are excellent instructions in the box. Too many times I get things from Amazon with no instructions!! The case is solid and zips nicely. The earphones paired easily to my phone. I think the box is very nice as well and these make an awesome gift! In fact, I would order these again for gifts! I keep a pair of these in my travel bag so I can use them on the plane and also at home. I truly am amazed at the quality for the price. Highly recommend. Oh and as for customer service - I got an email from the vendor asking if I was happy and if I had any questions which I found extremely nice. Usually you cant even reach the vendors of these items on Amazon!
