These are the second pair of headphones I have ordered from this company. I am so impressed!! They have long life before being charged again, AMAZING sound and fit great. The sound is amazing - not too heavy on bass or treble. The buttons on the sides of the earphones work well also. I love that there are excellent instructions in the box. Too many times I get things from Amazon with no instructions!! The case is solid and zips nicely. The earphones paired easily to my phone. I think the box is very nice as well and these make an awesome gift! In fact, I would order these again for gifts! I keep a pair of these in my travel bag so I can use them on the plane and also at home. I truly am amazed at the quality for the price. Highly recommend. Oh and as for customer service - I got an email from the vendor asking if I was happy and if I had any questions which I found extremely nice. Usually you cant even reach the vendors of these items on Amazon!

Good product and meets my need

This is a upgrade to the original ear buds I bought 6 years ago they are still very good but it was time for a upgrade, these have a great ear feel an sound quality is amazing. The price point original’s got me in the door but the sound keeps me coming back They offer excellent customer support and assistance with setup. I highly recommend these eat buds.

I also have the Power Q20 Pro but felt I needed an upgrade. I must say, these are definitely an upgrade. The A11 Pro for one, fits more snug on my ear, keeping the earbud more secure so I dont always have to adjust it. The quality of the sound that transmits through is crisp. I was using this while mowing my lawn (hopefully for the last time) and these drowned out the sound of the mower quite well. When I came back inside, I put it on the charger just to see how much battery was drained, I was happy to see it went from 100% charged down to only 96% charged in only two and half hours. Overall, I am very happy with these new headphones. Definitely an upgrade from my previous ones.

Great product!

This is my 2nd headset. The earlier one was very good but this set is even better with multiple improvements. wireless charging capability is one of the cool features and also has a USB-C charging port. The battery charging is faster and holds the charge for a longer period. The whole set in a zipped enclosure is a very good design and ensures more safety.

These are fantastic. Most of the earbuds I’ve had did not have a charging case so you had to try to remember to charge them. I have been told that if you charged rechargeable batteries before they were almost completely discharged, they developed what was almost a short term memory, and would only recharge a limited amount. This resulted in my earbuds going dead halfway through a work out.  Very boring.

The earbuds are easy to use and sound good. I use them to listen to audiobooks as I clean, walk or lay by the pool. The stay put due to the piece that goes over the ear.
