I received this product in September and have used it5 times. All but 1 zipper pull is gone. This bag is not the quality I expected. I would love to get an exchange for this item.

I love all the compartments of my weekender. The strap is adjustable for the perfect length and the back has an attachment to the handle of my suitcase. Perfect size for a carry on and for just about anything while traveling. I highly recommend this bag. Thankful that I could pick up the winterberry pattern since it’s discontinued. Wish it would return!

This is a great size for a couple of days of travel.
