> 24 hourI recently got into woodworking and decided to give these Wood Carving Discs a try. Overall, they work pretty well! The coarse grinding dish helps shape and sand the wood with ease, and the 4-inch size fits nicely on my angle grinder. The only downside is that they wear down fairly quickly, but thats to be expected with any sanding disk. Overall, Im pretty happy with this purchase and would recommend them to any fellow woodworkers out there.

> 24 hourThese really work well for grinding off wood from ordinary lumber. A real time saver.

> 24 hourI thought this would be a nice addition to my woodworking tools but was I wrong.... upon arrival my excited inner child couldnt wait to try it out. I run to the shop grab a log and a grinder slap the disk on and proceed to touch the log. The grinder goes one way and the log the other. Realizing I need more force to hold log and grinder I move to the floor standing on log and aggressively holding grinder. As I touch the log for the second attempt the grinder takes off straight into my leg... I threw it out immediately as it cannot kill me if it is not near me. So does it work unknown, is it strong yep hit the concrete 2 times, worth the money I dont think so.

> 24 hourFirst time using one of these, better to drag than push. Very aggressive and makes short work of whatever you’re carving. Granted I was using cedar but I can imagine it would be just as productive on a harder wood. I was skeptical given the cost but this is a heavy and seemingly very durable tool.
