I used this to cut down Forsythia bushes to the ground that I wanted to kill. The chain saw attachment worked perfectly, but the grinding attachment was a bust. The grinder fit my angle grinder kinda awkwardly and was useless so I took off one star for that. I cut the bushes close to the ground, drilled holes in the stumps and sprayed with a high potency weed killer. It’s been almost 2 months and still no new growth. Forsythias are very difficult to eradicate

The chain disc works. The rasp disc also works. And they will work on your angle grinder - its true. The case is pretty sweet. I assume the gloves offer some kind of defense. I hope I never have to find out. If you neglect literally every guideline given by the manufacturer of your grinder as well as this product, then you may find out. And then no doubt be back here to tell everyone what a faulty piece of junk it is. Making it more difficult for people to determine if it is actually junk or if a good number of you just...lack the proper training? For those of you that are properly trained and motivated, this is a steal. My only complaint is that I am not clear on how to sharpen the chain. The chisel is odd. I think it is called a Chamfer chisel? It doesnt seem that a round file is the proper method for sharpening. And I dont believe the pitch is measured like a regular chain. Because that comes up to 1/4 on this which has to be too big, right? I have not been able to find this info.

This thing is great! It was really easy to install, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It really made the yard work go quickly. It chopped up all my branches in about half the time it would take me with the chain saw. It is a lot easier to control than my chain saw, the branches always bounce around and have to be secured well to cut with chain saw. With this tool I can just cut the branch and keep on cutting without spending all the necessary time to re-secure before each cut. I cant wait to try some wood carving with this little gem ! Obviously you need to hold on to this thing, and safety should always be exercised.

I carve a lot of wood with a chainsaw, and even with chaps it’s still a risky move dragging the end of the Bar across wood. But toss this disk on my Dewalt grinder...it’s show time. Half the cost of those fancy shaping discs and just as effective.

The convex piece for making concave cuts doesnt have the piece e needed to attach it to my grinder. The recessed area around the arbor hole requires a non-standard smaller diameter keeper nut. It is unusable without that piece.

The carving wheel opening is too small for the outer pressure nut. Not able to use this safely. Attempted 4 different grinders.

I have a few 1.61 lock nuts and it will not fit in the shaping wheel hole (the center) I realy only bought this for that because it had a case and all but now I cant use it as it doesnt fit properly and will not allow the lock nut/flange to aline or tighten correctly. Other than that if u want a chain saw blade with a case. It works great
