World of Eric Carle, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Apple Play Set and Shape Sorter Developmental Toy

I got this for my sons 1st birthday, it was a Very Hungry Caterpillar Party and he got lots of Caterpillar stuff. This toy is so cute! And he loves the little fruits that crinkle and squeak! They came all attached together, and I have left them that way for now (watching closely when he plays because I dont want him to eat the little plastic tags) because its easier for him to play with them. Well eventually detach them so he can play with them one-by-one. The colors are vibrant and the materials are soft. My baby loves this!

My daughter loves this toy. Shes 8 months and shes already been using it for 3-4 months now. Its great for babies that are still rolling around on the floor, because the pieces are soft so it doesnt hurt if they roll onto them. The fruits each have a different filling like a rattle, crinkle, bell, etc. and have a soft stem that tiny hands can grab; my baby even carries it in her mouth like shes a puppy. I like to read her the board book, but shes much more into the toy than the book at this stage.

I purchased this for my 4 month old nephew and it was perfect! The pieces were the perfect size for him to hold and squeeze. It helps add an interactive element for nighttime storytime. Would also be perfect for a classroom!

Got this for my 8-mo old son. It is constructed well, has bright colors, and is great for a sitter of his age to play with.

8 month old loves!

My granddaughter was given this gift for Easter and she has many Eric Carle books, so this Apple Playset really made her smile! The pieces are perfect, fun and safe.

for a baby from six months on! We bought for our one year old who loves the soft plush feel of this toy. Well made and a favorite to go along with her Hungry Caterpillar story book.

I disliked the packaging because play pieces that are attached but should separated are attached with little tiny plastic staples. These staples are so tiny they could choke an infants airway. The product is marketed for 0 months and older. There is NO WARNING or Instructions on the package. In the photo above I place a couple of the plastic staples on the top of a blue can do they could be seen. The product is ok but the packaging is hazardous to an infant.
