I bought this filter because I thought it was a high quality Lennox made filter , there is nothing on the actual filter that states its a Lennox product . Its about a 1/4 of an inch longer than the original air bear filter , which resulted in the side getting slightly crushed to make it fit . The unit notes on the actual filter that gasketing maybe necessary to make it fit - this should have been in the ad . I had to add 1/4 gasket to the top and bottom to make it fit tight. How can the filter work if its not sealed . For $87.00 it should have fit perfectly .

These are the BEST filters! They are expensive, it’s true, but they do a great job keeping the air clear and clean. I have a new furnace and I can definitely tell the difference when I have a new filter vs an old one in and other brands have not lasted as long or filtered particles as well as these do. When I switch from heat to AC it’s flawless and no weird smells when heat is started. Highly recommend these are the only brand I buy now for my 5” filter slot.

Perfect fit and quick delivery

I use the carbon filter MERV--16 for a residential furnace. My furnace is in a crawl space and a dog who sheds a great deal. The effect on these to my breathing sensitivities is well minimized by this filter. I have checked with two different HVAC companies who have said it is not a problem to use these filters in a residential versus industrial setting, as long as I keep the filters clean (check and change when needed). This is an excellent price for a good product.
