I really like this backpack. I had to purchase one due my walk between the parking garage and the office. I didnt want to carry my purse, lunch bag and a separate bag for shoes or other items. This backpack allows me to carry my dress shoes, cross-body purse, lunch bag and any other items I may need. Plus I get several compliments on how nice the backpack looks. I HAVE suggested this backpack to others!

My daughter loves this bag. And the shoulder straps stay like she puts them. She had another that we got from Walmart and she had to constantly adjust the straps and the zipper broke after 3 months. So this one is a huge upgrade for her.

Not an adequate amount of space inside the bag.

Bought this for my daughter 4+ months ago. the charging and mic ports still work. durable straps and material. she carries a ton of books and walks a mile from school. walked in the rain and water only got in right next to the zipper. everything was mostly dry. stores her crome book securely. Package arrived on time!

Bought this for my college student and though it appears bulkier than most bookbag type backpacks, it actually holds everything she needs and keeps its shape and is very durable and stylish.

It was not as big and roomy as I thought

Has a lot of storage space, looks pretty stylish, but is not comfortable on your back if you travel with a laptop. This is great for how cheap it is. But if you carry around a laptop or books like 99% of us do, its not super comfy. Does the job, but if you want comfy youll have to pay the price for it.
