Gray pack. Looks great and design excellent. Mine came with an overwhelming chemical smell. Other reviewers mentioned this issue too but some received ones that were fine. I took a chance and lost. Mine is so overpowering that after airing outside for a week now the smell has dissipated enough that I am hopeful pack will become usable.

This is a highly functional and decent looking bag. Lets get to the elephant in the room - This thing smells like it was dipped in fumes, and then shipped in fumes, and then delivered and given an extra shot of fumes before it hit my doorstep. 3 months and a lot of Febreze later, it has finally dissipated, but boy, it started as quite a disappointment. I could not use it, as people were moving away from me on my train. It is designed well though, and has quite enough room to handle my 2 year old gaming laptop which weighs more than a couple of bricks, and doesnt fit into most svelte bags. The power supply alone is like 3 pounds. So, its a great value for the Prime Day price I paid, but I took a star off because of the fumes. PROS - Simple design - Large Main Compartment - Can fit up to 16 Laptop - Extensions for power brick and 3.5mm cable - Zippers seem pretty sturdy so far. Kudos. CONS - Came smelling like bad polyester fabric fumes, took 3 months to calm down - Could use slightly wider straps with more padding - Could use slightly more padding internally and around the laptop compartment

AMAZING! I have used this religiously every day for over 6 months now and it has held up perfectly (and I have been notoriously rough on backpacks in the past). Perfect size, great pockets, and I get complements on the look all the time. — UPDATE: 2 years later, I still use this backpack EVERY DAY going to and from work and school, it is still as sturdy as the day I bought it. Honestly unbelievable to me as I have never had a backpack last this long. This backpack is my ride or die

has lots of pockets room, love the inside lots of space and has a inside back pocket to secure and store certain items

I bought this to take on a trip thinking it would be just the perfect size. This does not open up as much as I have seen from others the same size and doesn’t have as much room on the inside. This will be ok for day to day use but not fro travelers

This backpack is just what I needed for work and school! I love the laptop pocket as well as the pocket for my phone. Very convenient for travel as I can pack all of my essentials without it being too heavy.
