> 3 dayPerfect for the kitties! It’s wide enough that both of them will eat out of it at the same time. I like how the bottom is flatter vs a ‘V’ shape so I don’t have to put too much food in there and end up throwing it away because it got stale.

> 3 dayI have several of these raised dishes for cats. This one is a little deeper than the others and so it’s perfect for dry food or water as well. My cat appreciates being able to splash in the water - it sure does hold a lot lol I hand wash and try to be careful but have bumped it in the sink - not a single chip.

> 3 dayIf you love your cat (or small dog) and can afford it, youre thinking of buying this bowl. You should. Its made well and pretty darn sturdy. Very easy to grasp too. Much, much better for digestion to eat from a raised bowl, and this one is a good height. The wide bowl is GREAT for flat faced cats and dogs, and of course, all four legged friends. I have other ceramic raised bowls that cost triple of this one (handmade, however), so it is nice to find a reasonably priced one. Additionally, this has a very wide bowl span, so wet food does not slide off onto the floor. With care I hope it lasts a long time. I have already used it in the microwave to quickly warm refrigerated leftovers. It came packed extremely well. DEFINITELY worth 5 stars!!

> 3 dayMy CHONK cat loves this dish. He actually eats all his food because his whiskers don’t hit the sides. It’s very easy to clean and it’s not cheaply made.

> 3 dayInitially this bowl seemed like it would be great. The size was exactly what I wanted, and I thought it would be good for my elderly cat. However, he didn’t like it which really surprised me. He did eat out of it, but then I noticed he wasn’t eating as much as usual. (It’s important that he eat because he’s lost some weight. He’s had many tests, including an ultrasound, and they can’t find the reason for the weight loss.) After a few days, I put his regular-sized bowl right next to this one. He ate from his old bowl. Besides this, I found two small chips on the bottom of the bowl. It was wrapped very carefully so no complaint there. It was also handled carefully so no reason for those chips. I did notice this was a big complaint from other buyers. I don’t see a reason to give a bad rating when the biggest problem was my cat not liking it. I only gave four stars because of the chips.

> 3 dayLiked the color (white) and the design. Liked the fact my cat will eat out of it as she is a spoiled cat. Didnt like the fact that it didnt have a non-skid bottom and it had a chip on the side. Other than that its a great feed dish for my cat.

09-06-2025My 7 year old orange tabby (Simba) began throwing up every time he ate several months ago. After extensive blood and urine tests, the veterinarian was baffled as to what was causing the vomiting. She was thinking about scoping him for a blockage and I dreaded the thought of that. A friend suggested purchasing an elevated food dish for Simba. Hes both a senior and quite large, and I read all sorts of verbiage stating that elevated bowls were particularly effective for senior and/or large cats. As long as I dont give him too much wet food at once, Simba no longer throws up! I am so relieved that we didnt put him through an invasive procedure.
