The hardest part was getting to old coupler fittings off of the shafts. Man the manufacturer sure torques down those set screws! The price is a lot more than a replacement plastic coupler but will last forever. Well built and slid right on the motor and pump shafts. Its worth the price to have piece of mind that the plastic one wont crack and break over time. The rubber/urethane bushing will accommodate any minor misalignment and vibration without fear of breaking down. If you want reliability and a repair that will last the life of the pump, then get this coupler.

Fit

This worked really well and was easy to install. Buy an extra to keep on hand for future use, nothing worse than a failed coupling out on the job.

It is definitely an upgrade from the original coupler. Perfect fit.
