This unit would have made my life easier so long ago. My career, spanning over 40 years, has been as a tech on a variety of products from office equipment to car washes to agricultural equipment. This mat offers a safe, reliable work surface and a place to keep all the small parts and screws that typically get lost or simply out of order. Great product! Are there any larger sizes available?

To sticky, dust, hair, lint attracts to it.

Works very well for the price. Great mat to start with when learning to solder. My only gripe is the metal disk in the middle. Its flimsy. Not what I expected and doesnt stick well. Not worth removing a star, but also not worth using in the mat.

I work on small N scale trains. This matt is perfect as a work surface.

This gets dirty very quickly and end up washing it with soap and water. Great little mat to keep small components and screws separate and set up to help remember where they went on what you are working on. The magnets (formed into mat) are very weak but do work. I do recommend. I did notice that there is another mat that has covers on the upper left side that this one does not have. Would probably recommend that one and may get that one too.

The heat resistance on this is the real deal. Ive been using a hot air gun on it pretty regularly with no effect, Any molten solder/hot bits that come into contact with it just slide right off once theyre cooled, been very happy with this so far. The magnets are a nice touch too and I like the compartments at the back are fairly deep.

Works like a dream, keep the screws in place every thing is right there and not all over the bench. If you solder repair or work on pcs i highly recommend this mat
