> 3 dayI bought this bit to route a channel for t-moulding in plywood. Itll make said channel but does so by burning through the wood. It heats up so much you have to take very frequent breaks and it will warp. I barely did 10 linear feet before I gave up and bought a Whiteside bit. What a world of difference. The Whiteside bit actually cuts and makes a channel quickly. Do yourself a favor and buy a better bit in the first place.

Greater than one weekI needed to cut a dado around a 19 x 36” piece of Baltic Burch. Turned my Bosch corded router down to about 1/3 speed, and tried to make 2 shallow passes as opposed to one deep one. It accomplished 50% of the job with no problem. Barely made it through the last half. Was ready for the trash when finished. World have bought a Diablo, but figured I would never need to perform this application again, and for 1/3 the price,…

> 3 dayNoisy bearing out of the bag. Even worse after its first use. Not 1/8 of an inch. Actually, it probably is, but the sloppy manufacturing cuts a wider slot. If youre broke and dont care if your work is sloppy, this is the bit for you.

> 3 dayRouting a spline into Baltic birch plywood for plastic edging. Right after making the initial plunge cut smoke was everywhere, the paint coating had come off and was burning inside the plywood. Fixed the problem, inspected the cutter and felt OK to continue. Started cutting again and got about one foot and noticed severe vibration coming from my router. The cuter had warped and was cutting a way bigger kerf. Dont buy this product or anything from this company they make junk!
