Zanyzap 12 Foam Filter Pad Inserts for Hagen Fluval 204, 205, 206, 304, 305, 306 (A-222)

These are a great value when compared to the Fluval foam filters. They trap detritus well and so far they are proving to be durable. One oddity is they changed color from white to pink after being used for several months. I dont see this as an issue though.

I use my Fluval for my water turtle, and I can say that the filter can get pretty disquisting and every so often it is time to just replace the inserts. One problem, Fluval replacements can be pretty pricey, so I am very glad I came across these 12 Foam Filter Pad Inserts. These fit into my Fluval perfectly and seem to be working just like the originals. The best part about these, you get 12 and for an awesome price...that also means 3 changes before purchasing more :) Overall, I am very happy with this product at this time!

Works just the same as higher brands. I would still buy more if need to.

These are exactly what is described, precut filter for the fluval 206(what Im using). After testing this out, I only have 1 negative comment. These filters are not as free flowing as the fluval one. I set up my co2 atomizer across the tank and before I change to these filter, the current would reach it and blow the co2 through the ba k tank. Now I see that majority of that co2 going to the top of the tank. Because of this filter, I will have to re-position the co2 atomizer. Other than this, these filter are really convenient since they are pre cut.

The right price and correct fit no need in cleaning just replace every time I service my tank

Yes these are generic, and I was a bit cautious however I highly recommend these filter pads. They are the same in shape and material when compared with the official brand and I have had no issues with them at all.

Kind of like the generic version of the real thing but if you didnt know you couldnt tell.
