An excellent alternative to the brand name replacement. I purchased these for my Fluval 204. A perfect fit.

Had this filter in the Fluval 306 for 2 months now and seems to be keeping the tank crystal clear like OEM. Highly recommended.

Prior to buying these I had always used the Fluval brand and my aquarium water was crystal clear. I tried to save some money and purchased these. Ever since using these my water will not get a crystal clean look. I am switching back to Fluval. In this case you get what you pay for.

Great value

I purchased these for my Fluval 305 filter unit. They are the same size as the original Fluval filter p/n A-222. They work and are priced reasonably. Good deal.

Havent put them in filter yet, but as you can see from the picture, they are about 2 inches too short to fully fill a Fluval 406 filter slot. Will probably cut up one or two to make up the difference. Not sure how well they fit other cannister filters. Beyond that not really sure how one would measure how well the filter compared to name brand unless run side by side, and even then, not sure how one would measure the difference.
