I had to be sure they performed as well as Fluval brand which has been unavailable for a few weeks now before leaving a review. I use these in my outdoor goldfish pond underwater filters. This time of year they need to be replaced more frequently with the heat. Hose them off every other day but still need to be replaced more frequently during the summer. Very happy with them!

I have purchased these filter pads several times, and they work just as well as the actual Fluval pads. I normally purchase them from with Amazon Prime, however if you purchase directly through the seller you get a lot more for a much lower price. Highly recommended, save some money!

These were too long for my 406. I was able to cut off the last couple inches and still use them. Good price, good quality sponge. Edit: Turns out I have the 306 not the 406. Therefore they really arent too long for the 406, I just bought the wrong ones. :)

Works just like the more expensive Fluval media. Can be re used, if you clean them properly using tank water and allow them to air dry. Will purchase again. Great value!

I was hesitant to try this off-brand. I have found it works just as well. At the lower price, I am more willing to change the sponges out.
