These work great for nights it’s hard for my daughter to settle.

These chewable definitely work. Have to my child to assist with night routine and helped get on track. As an adult I took the recommended dosage and they work, but I often wake up in the middle of the night. So they helped me fall asleep but not stay asleep for the duration of my normal sleep schedule. However, worked better for my child so would recommend to give them a try.

I have a 4 year old who has a hard time sleeping. These have made a big difference in our night routine. I also have a hard time sleeping, I take one from time to time, and it really does help me sleep as well. Definitely recommend!!

Me and my husband love our kids so much, but we put them into the bad habit of staying up until we go to bed. We just love hanging out with them and it would feel almost like as soon as my husband would get home from work, we would have dinner and then were expected to put them to bed. Well that can be a lot- never getting time alone after four years and then my oldest started going to school a few days a week so he was not interested in getting up early. We tried for weeks to get them into a routine and they were just so stubborn! Finally Melatonin popped in my head, so I did some reading and this supplement seemed to be the way to go. Plus we have been using Zarbees since our youngest was an infant so we trusted the brand. This product was exactly what we needed! I actually split one of these in half and give one half to each of our boys, within 20 minutes they are out. They also seem to sleep better and are not as cranky and whiney through the day. Now we do not run out of this in our home!

What I like about this item is that it really does relax the kids. What I dont like (and it could just be my child who has this kind of reaction); This normally helps my 3yo fall asleep in 30-45 minutes, but then shell wake up 3-4 hours into the night sort of panicked and quickly becomes wide awake. So just keep in mind everyone reacts differently to things Rx or homeopathic. Lastly I scored down on value for limited flavor options. There are SO many grape flavored medicines out there!! My 3yo used to love to take this, to a point of keeping the bottle out of sight so she wouldnt try to get some. That lasted for a few weeks maybe a little over a month then she grew tired of the flavor it seems. Can parents please get more bubblegum options???

Wow, I have to write a review because these really work!!! My son is just wired all day long, always has been, and has a hard time winding down at night. It wasnt such a big deal when he was younger, but now that he is in school it makes for interesting days when he doesnt get enough sleep. These helped us establish a shut down time for his body. He doesnt take them all the time, just when we get off schedule. Before these I usually would put him to bed around 7-7:30 and he would just lay there twisting around and talking, singing or reading or whatever till 9-10pm. The first time I used these I popped one in him right after dinner (before we brushed teeth and read a story) and by the time his head hit the pillow he was ready to zzzzzz! I went from singing like 6+ songs with back rubs (trying to calm him down) to 1-2! And as a mom of almost 4 I just cant afford to spend 2hrs on bed-time routine anymore. So these chewables are simply a life saver!!! Just amazing! The bottle dosage says to give 2, but I only use 1 for my busy 7yr old and it does the trick nicely. I highly recommend this brand to all my momma friends!
