This works!!! my 4 year old was staying up till 12, 1am! He could not settle down or stay in bed. He has always been a strong willed, active kid. We had tried everything and nothing worked to get him to settle down for the night. I give him 1 tab and within 30-60 mins he is sleepy, wants to lay in his bed, and then falls asleep. Its gentle, he doesnt look drugged and he has woken up once during the night when he was disturbed and he also didnt seem drugged. This is such a change. He is now going to bed at a normal time, and its not pure chaos in our house at night!! The only thing is, he hates the taste. First time I gave it, he did a thumbs down and said it was yucky. So the hardest part is getting him to take it, he chases it with water. I tried it and its just a strong grape flavor. So my only thing is I wish it came in other flavors (bubblegum is a hit around here) but that doesnt effect my review because thats just personal preference.

These chewable definitely work. Have to my child to assist with night routine and helped get on track. As an adult I took the recommended dosage and they work, but I often wake up in the middle of the night. So they helped me fall asleep but not stay asleep for the duration of my normal sleep schedule. However, worked better for my child so would recommend to give them a try.

My kids are 6 & 8 and they know if they are up too late or overtired, they need a little purple pill. Overall great product and works like a charm.

We have liked this melatonin for years. Its great to help with time changes and schedule changes. However they changed the formula. Some of the kids like it better but some hate it and wont have anything to do with it now. So now I have to find something else.

So far, this is a godsend! My 3 year old usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours just to fall asleep, and then her sleep is restless and she tosses and turns, waking up throughout the night. She couldn’t fall back asleep without me coming in to comfort her. I just gave it to her for the first time tonight (it was recommended at her well visit by her pediatrician) and she was asleep within ten minutes. Usually she would have woken up a few hours later, so I went in to check on her, and my usually restless little one was SNORING! I’ve never seen her look so content and restful. I’m not sure if this will continue to work as well, but the first night was wonderful, and I’m usually really skeptical about aids like this. I wish I would have bought this months ago, but hey, I’ve been perpetually exhausted for years and finally get to sleep now!!! Thank you, zarbees!!!

It puts my baby down she sleeps so peacefully every night

Ok this has been an absolute game changer for my toddler’s (18 month old) sleep problems. I use a pill cutter to divide these in half so she gets .5 mg every night which was approved by her pediatrician. She is wild in the evenings and we’ve tried everything to get her to calm down and this is the only thing that will help her become tired for bedtime. She won’t take it on it’s own even though I think it tastes very good, but we hide it in a raisin and that works. Seriously without this stuff she will toss and turn and goof around for an hour before falling asleep, and with only half of one of these she will ask for bed time and just lay down and go to sleep.

This product has been 5 star worthy because it has worked amazing for our son who is on the spectrum. He has been taking it for 3ish years. Before using this, his sleep was all over the place - not going to sleep until 2 in the morning and awake by 5:30. We tried this for him at our doctors recommendation and it was a life changer. That being said, this new look comes with a different flavor. We just finished the first box of the new look. Its still grape but I can tell its different because he would eat his dose up like candy and not even flinch and now he shudders between each tablet & makes a face. I was hoping he would adjust and get used to it but not so, although he takes it like a champ. Im sure the changes have to do with shortages in supply chains, since thats happening everywhere but I hope the original flavor makes its way back. It still works for his sleep but the taste is why I didnt give it 5 stars.
