Update... As I mentioned in my initial review the touch screen sensitivity is not as good as oem, but since my review the touch has completely disappeared. The tablet is no longer usable. I have reached out to the seller and not gotten a response. I would not buy from seller die to the lack of a response. This review could have been avoided if they had just responded to the issue. Easy to install. The touch sensitivity is not quite as good as the original, but the screen is crystal clear and was an easy install.

Works great. I used double sided tape to be sure it would stay in place.

This is the second screen digitizer that I bought for my iPad. The first one Tphael or something like was a totally waste of money and time, broke when finished the installation while pressing the sides to make the adhesive tight and never worked properly even before removing the adhesive strips. This one so far it’s working for me still not the very best adhesive but at least hasn’t fall of yet. The best digitizer option replacement.

Overall this was an ok install. I think the item should have come with something to attach the home button or at least some instructions that said you would need to provide that yourself. I had to remove the cover once to wiggle the home button around for a while to get it in right. The preinstalled tape along the side with the connecters is a pain to uncover as well.

Great for the price but it’s sensitive. Put a screen protector over!

With no instructions relying on videos was the key to getting this replaced. The adhesive is already applied but getting the protective plastic off required a razor blade. All in all it performed well and contained more tools than needed.

Screen fits properly after the second one. Looks good. Sits good on frame. I charged ipad after installing and when trying to access ipad with passcode, i couldnt. It was like the keypad had a mind of its own. Luckily i had installed the fingerprint home button correctly. Its the only way to unlock screen. The replacement looked good, the process was straightforward but the functionality is poor.

Thankfully there are a lot of videos that demonstrate how to replace the screen. This product fit and works perfectly. I did not add additional adhesive, and so far no lifting issues. I do wish there was some adhesive for the home button harness. Overall this rescued a shattered iPad, and saved me a couple hundred dollar repair at a shop.
