Zilla Vertical Décor Mushroom Feeding Ledge One Size

Suction cup doesnt move. Stays well in place and the added glass shade makes this product the perfect hide for your aborial creature. It is rather large and takes some room up if you keep it in a small enclosure, but would transition nicely into something bigger which gives your reptile some safety when graduating to a bigger tank. A+ on the design. I love how this product looks from an esthetic standpoint. It has a lot of room to add a decent amount of moss. I have gone through several hides and other items to give a certain look but I think this has to be the best one and appropriate for the cost.

I love the ledge! It has plenty of room for my gecko to sit on top while looking natural in my setup. My only complaint is that theres only one dish hole. I wish Zilla would make one with two, so I can have one for Pangea food and the other live insects. However, I can survive off the one. Also, for anyone reading, add a bit of water to the suction cup to keep the ledge nice and tight on the glass.

I have loved this feeding ledge so far! It looks nice in my crested gecko’s enclosure and I’m pretty happy with it. However, there are two things worth noting. The first is that some of the bits on the side are rough and needed sanding to be safe for my gecko. And the second is about the suction cup. I LOVE the mechanism that allows the suction cup to adhere better, but it’s in a really inconvenient position. It took a lot of maneuvering to get the latch closed, but it’s not moved since!

This is the best feeding ledge for my crested gecko! It looks great in the enclosure and Im amazed by how sturdy it is. Ive had it in my 12 y/o cresties enclosure for about three weeks now and it had yet to even budge! I also love that its multi-functional, he loves to eat on it and its also one of his favorite climbing surfaces. One pointer that Ill add is that the 1.5 oz. 2.5 X 1 in. deli cups are a perfect fit if you prefer using disposable cups like me - you can find them on amazon in bulk amounts!

Feels cheap. The paint is also missing from a spot. The suction cup came stuck in the groove of the mushroom piece and had to be forced off with a metal pry tool. It took force to place it back on the suction piece and again it had to be pried off with the metal tool. I don’t see how you can install it w/o having it removed off of the suction piece. And if you install it and then place the mushroom piece, because it’s such a tight fit, I’m sure the glass will break with the force needed to remove it off

Zilla makes quality products. I’m never disappointed.

when i got the ledge it looked appealing. later when i was unboxing it, the mushroom chipped a little bit. not to big of a deal but it’s not the greatest quality

I do recommend this! Love the look, no issues with the suction cup and the strength of it, everything about it is perfect for our new baby gargoyle gecko who is only 5grams and very tiny so he cant use the food bowl yet. I just went to add a new piece of decor in his tank and see that there is a chunk missing from the corner and I felt it to see if it would be ok to just keep like that but its very sharp and there is another area below it that is the same way both very sharp and I dont want the lil guy to get cut from this!! It was packaged very good and I didnt look at the edges when I set it in the tank but just now when I went to put another vine in I seen that sharp corner missing ! If this issue was not there I would give this 5 stars but Im quite upset by this especially since it could really hurt my baby Gargoyle geckos fragile skin! I will be contacting someone on this issue!! ***UPDATE*** I contacted Zilla and sent them the full information as well as pictures and they are sending me a new mushroom ledge so I will update my rating due to I already love the product but there customer service is amazing and I appreciate Zilla being concerned about the well being of my pet and there products!
