This is a review for ZIPIT Beast Box Hard Shell Pencil/Storage Box, Red. Ahh... Back to school shopping and the dreaded must have list. Expensive, not really. Finding the exact matches, a serious pain. One of the few choices my kids get on what to have as school supplies is their pencil box. True, it must fit according to the size specifications, but finally a choice on style! So, as per usual, I sat my kids down in front of Amazon and asked them to pick a pencil box. My son picked this one. Its a hard shell and fits easily in his little desk. Its appropriately sized for his pencils, crayons, scissors and erasers. And it is well built. For him, he loves that it looks like a monster. For me, I love that it was one of the more reasonably priced pencil cases. Win-win! I recommend this highly to those in need of a cool, well built and reasonably priced school pencil box. Id buy it again.

My kids absolutely love the pencil case. It fits a lot of their stuff and it us very sturdy.

This pencil case is awesome! Durable, well made and super light weight. I love that this case is not plastic and will hold up better to day-to-day wear in comparison to traditional cases. The colors are extremely vibrant and the design is adorable.

This box is BIG--approximately 8 1/2 long x 5 wide x 2 3/4 tall. This box is identical in size to another of ZIPITs hard shell pencil cases which i also got:

I got this for my third grader cause those plastic pencil boxes always break before the end of the year. Unfortunately, this doesnt quite fit his supplies. Its a little shorter, so pencils and pencil crayons wont fit in it straight. You have to put them at an angle, so you can only fit a couple in. Once he uses them a bit and they get shorter they will fit straight, but it holds a lot less than the plastic boxes. Still, its really cute!

Got this for my first grader, he loves it!! It is very sturdy, and large enough to hold his supplies, and super cute!!!

Super fun pencil case! My seven-year-old son has this case packed with school supplies for the start of the school year. Hes able to fit two dozen pencils, scissors, and glue sticks and has room to spare.He loves the fun look of this unique pencil case.
