I use these bags all the time. It’s easy to gauge how long to steam per vegetable, because it is marked on the bag.

These bags are easy to use and the cooking time is minutes. I use the bags mainly to steam veggies, but also to cook a chicken breast when making chicken salads. They are perfect for single servings, fast and easy.

This is a great product. I like to cook a large quantity of rice and use enough bags for double servings. They microwave well as if you just cooked. Cut up fresh veggies with a tablespoon of water freezes and microwaves well. These are a great item to use if you want food without preservatives.

Bag is sturdy and doesnt tear or explode in the microwave. Unfortunately, this was supposed to be a multi-pack but I only received one pack so I had to send it back. Refund was easy and immediate.

I am diabetic, my husband is not. I eat a lot of vegetables he wont touch. I am often preparing two separate meals at each mealtime. These bags make steaming veggies so easy. Clean up is a breeze. Sometimes I rinse the bag and use it a second time. I can also prepare a full bag, eat one portion then refrigerate the bag to reheat for the next meal. The bags have spoiled me.

If you regularly eat meals with cooked vegetables, these bags are indispensable. Diced vegetables microwaved in these bags can be stored frozen until needed for a meal. Using different bags for each vegetable, it’s easy to whip up a hash, western omelet, poor man’s eggs, pasta dishes, salads, etc., in minutes by portioning out from the bags. The bags are reusable many times if intact and can be ziploc’d securely. Also great for reheating leftovers, preparing meat dishes and pasta.
