My red eared slider is basking away!

Bought the set of 2 and together they did not last 3 weeks. The packaging and first bulb was discarded or it would have been returned.

As a light source. Its what I used it for. For heat. Near water it dosent explode when bulb wet. Huge plus doesnt last as long as Id like. As ask the turtle he has it its on his house. Its not mine I just buy him stuff. He doesnt earn money.

I like the product because I got 2 for 1 but I noticed that the bottom of the light bulb came off but the light is still working the glue is not strong enough other then that it works fine

Item as described and on time. Heats well and dries out basking area.

Bought this Nov 27th. Burned out by Dec 14th. Very disappointed.

Works great for my RES, he loves to bask in the light.

I use it with my turtle tank.

A couple things I’ve experienced with this bulb. It does last about a year before actually burning out because of the constant 14 hours I have it on a day And it gets extremely hot on the metal you will have to get a ceramic heat lamp if you want to purchase this product if you want the most life from it. Just like with past bulbs I’ve brought if you leave this bulb in for too long it will melt the contacts on your lamp and it may stop working this is what I’ve experienced. but in all it’s a great bulb for the price. my red eared slider is satisfied with this. Caution clamp on ceramic lamps may not be a good choice to combine with this product it’s too much weight for the clamp to handle this is what I’ve experienced. I would recommend.
