Zoo Med Mini Tropical UVB Lighting Single Combo, 100 Watt

The light fixture comes with no clamp and as soon as i got it out of the box and put the light bulb in (that was included) the light bulb didnt even work... so now i have to go and buy a UV light bulb... waste of money in my opinion because the whole point of me buying this was because the light bulb was included...

Havent experienced any problems with it yet!

Bought it for daughters science fair experiment. Just opened it and bulb is burned out and cant return since its past 30 days...

The switch was broken, so the light kept flickering. Ended up not having a uvb light for my turtle until I got a replacement a couple weeks later.

on and off click didnt work .... too troublesome to return and after 1 month my turtle still having shell rot issue. Dont know if the UVB is actually working...

Exactly as described. Id been buying these at my local pet store (exact same brand) for a red-eared slider, but they last much longer when purchased from Amazon. I dont know if their life is shortened from sitting on a shelf too long, but they would often stop working after a couple months. The store would replace the bad bulbs, as apparently this was a common issue, but it was a hassle. Now I always buy through Amazon, and have never had that issue again.
