This thing works perfectly. Under the heat lamp the water lasts easily 2 weeks. So much better than taking the lid off to water every other day!!

It works decently well. The dish fills better if you dont screw in the bottle top all the way. I wish the dish part was made of the nicer, more heavyweight material that Zoo Meds ReptiRocks are made of.

The Zoo Med Reptile Reservoir is a great source of extra drinking water for reptiles. I was babysitting my daughters python for a few years while she was in college. I do travel frequently and would often be out-of-town for up to a week at a time. The pythons normal water dish (which was rather large) would run out after a few days because it sat under the heat lamp and would evaporate (to help with the humidity). I purchased the Zoo Med Reptile Reservoir and placed it on the cool side of the terrarium and would only have to refill it every 2-3 weeks. Great backup water source to make sure the python didnt run out of drinking water. I just recently drove the python to the state my daughter is now living in and somewhere along the way misplaced the bottle part of the Zoo Med Reptile Reservoir, so I purchased this one and had to delivered to my daughter so shell have plenty of water for the python if she leaves town.

I loved this product because it would refill by itself! So now I dont have to go and give my lizard water and wait there until it drinks.

Perfect for a week away from your lizard or snake. Water flows well, though we did have a cricket die in it (fortunately, that was during a weekend trip). Had no issues when we were on vacation.

Good quality

I have both one of these water bottles and a larger water dish in my Box Turtle habitats and this bottle allows them to have access to a clean water source because they tend make a mess in their water/bathing dishes. Its even safe for putting with new hatchlings because it has a little ramp for the babies to both climb into and out of the dish.
