I raise and breed Axolotls or Mexican Salamanders. They absorb chemicals through their skin and can be very sensitive to water conditioners. They have always done well with Reptisafe and I recommend it to all my customers.

I have no complaints other than it leaks a little bit when you pour it but it does its job. Been buying these in these small 8oz bottles, never realized how much money I wasted on these tiny bottles until I saw this on here. Will buy again once I run out!

For the size and price, I found this to be a great deal at Amazon. If you have a turtle, consider buying it in a bulk size like this as it will work out much more cheaply for you in the long run and will always be on hand. In addition, it is less expensive on Amazon if you are a Prime member.

For anyone who owns turtles, tending to their tank can be a chore. I use this product in conjunction with a cleaner like Nutrafin Turtle Clean Biological Habitat Cleaner - 8.4 oz and have noticed its cut down on the cleaning necessity. Obviously you cant forgo general maintenance just by adding this, but it appears to make the turtles happier and their habitat a little less messy.
