Zoo Med ReptiSafe Water Conditioner, 64 oz

We have really bad tap water here it’s full of chlorine and stinks, we don’t even drink it, so when I found this stuff it takes the smell and metals out of the water instantly and provides good water for all my reptiles to drink and swim in.

I raise and breed Axolotls or Mexican Salamanders. They absorb chemicals through their skin and can be very sensitive to water conditioners. They have always done well with Reptisafe and I recommend it to all my customers.

If youre like me and have a ton of replies that go through a ton of water, this is a great investment. Not only is the product a great product for treating water, the big jug makes it cheaper than buying a lot of the little bottles. I would recommend keeping it buying a little bottle to refill so that you can use the nozzle to get an accurate droplet.

Reptisafe is highly recommended by anyone who has turtles or tortoises, and Im sure other reptiles as well. Its the best, and you cant beat the price getting this big jug of it on amazon rather then the little bottles they sell at the local set supplies. I use the big bottle to refill my small one I bought at the local pet supply and also use a childrens medicine measuring spoon I got at my local pharmacy to help with easy and accurate measuring.

The item itself is small not as big as I thought it would be, also mine arrived leaking in the box so I have less product now, for $30 I don’t feel it’s worth the price

We have 3 turtles, 1 toad, and 1 aquatic frog. So, we were going through water conditioner too fast and those little bottles get expensive. This size is just what we needed, and its saving us money.
