This is the second zoomed UVB bulb Ive had to replace. Only one side worked out of the box and by the time I realized, the exchange/refund window had closed. Go to a local pet store to buy, usually much less trouble to exchange one that doesnt work properly

No breaking and delivered on a holiday! Yay!

I use this for my Jacksons chams and they do well with it. They last too even though I replace my bulbs every 6mo anyways to maintain proper UVB output.

It only worked for a few hours, and was very dim.

Stopped working after 2 months, running only 6hs a day.

Extremely disappointed. Had this on for three hours and we smelled something burning. Light burnt out.

I bought this product for a RES hatchling That was pawned off to my from my sister (nephew won it at a carnival). After a lot (and I mean a lot) of research I ordered this bulb after being recommended it. I saw the reviews but I’ve never owned a reptile. I’ve never bought a bulb like this. I though people were being dramatic. They weren’t. This was my karma. I received the bulb and immediately put it into the lamp. It was dull. I was confused but thought “hey. Maybe I just can’t see the rays” (I’m blonde so we are just gonna leave that mindset alone). After two or three days I called ZooMed. Just to see if I was stupid or if the bulb had came damaged like so many other reviews had stated they had. I also jumped to calling ZooMed because the amount of reviews stating they had received a replacement from Amazon and it was also broken. The lady I spoke to when I called was amazing! She asked for screenshots of my Amazon order with the date, item, address, and my name. I did not know these zoomed bulbs come with a year warranty. Did you? She sent me a replacement for free. And it was also broken. The lady had said that if there was something wrong with it to call her back, but that would’ve been my THIRD bulb. I ended up biting the bullet and went to LPS and bought the thrive brand. That one worked right off the bat.
