The lights were working great for a while and when I unplugged it just for a few seconds and then plugged it back in the remote wouldnt turn it on. I tried changing the batteries and it didnt work. I tried unplugging it again and it didnt work. I loved the style, but the quality of it was not as good as Id hoped.

> 3 dayI like the product easy to put and very bright but adjustable. Did have trouble with one strand. Ubs plug became very hot and to me this is a fire hazard. I had no trouble returning defective product.

> 3 dayI liked the way the lights worked, but at not quite 2 months of use, they stopped. It must be the lights and not the remote. I have some lights from another manufacturer and the remote works on them. Changed the battery and tried resetting the plug, but nothing will turn on the lights. They were only on 4 hours a night for about 7 weeks. No matter the price, these were a waste of money.
