> 3 dayWhat do you say about ball bearings? They are round, hard and smooth. They were packaged nicely. And for what its worth, I liked that they were advertised for Shimano hubs as opposed to generic 1/4 ball bearings that Im sure would have worked fine in my Shimano hub but werent advertised as such.

25-11-2024Yes, they rust and not necessarily with wear. I placed one in a glass with a small amount of water and by the third day the ball bearing had rusted. Which is very disappointing because I bought 200. I had planned to put them in my acrylic paint and nail polish that I use like paint. I was misled by this answer No, unless getting into contact with corrosive material like salt etc. They are made from stainless steel. By Tom on December 13, 2015

> 3 dayPretty good price of 100 ball bearings. Had one ball bearing missing on my bike. Replaced and seems to be working pretty good.
