100 1/4 Campagnolo Shimano Hub Bracket Bike Loose Bearing Balls

I bought two of these and Im almost out of them, and havent had a problem with any of the bikes. Ive used them in both bottom brackets and wheel hubs.

I needed new bearings to tune up an old bike i had acquired. Not much to say. they are crome bearings and they work. and Since I have a bunch extra, I even repacked hubs for some friendss bikes. Did the Trick...

Yes, they rust and not necessarily with wear. I placed one in a glass with a small amount of water and by the third day the ball bearing had rusted. Which is very disappointing because I bought 200. I had planned to put them in my acrylic paint and nail polish that I use like paint. I was misled by this answer No, unless getting into contact with corrosive material like salt etc. They are made from stainless steel. By Tom on December 13, 2015
